CS9999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CS9999 platform, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR or placing any bet or wager on any game category — including Sports betting, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Games and Slots — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CS9999 with respect to your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the CS9999 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use CS9999 you must register an account. Each person is permitted to hold only one active CS9999 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name or with different contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited.

When you register, you must provide accurate and truthful information. CS9999 may request verification of your identity at any point. Providing false information during registration or during any subsequent verification request is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You must provide your real name as it appears on your national identity documents.
• Your contact number and email address must be valid and accessible to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify CS9999 promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• CS9999 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and redistribute any balance back to the original verified account at its discretion.

CS9999 accounts are for personal use only. You may not use your account for commercial purposes, to facilitate other players' transactions or on behalf of any third party.

3. Age Requirement – 18 and Above Only

CS9999 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. CS9999 takes the minimum age requirement seriously and may carry out age verification checks at any stage.

If it is found that a player has registered and used CS9999 while under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided and any deposited PKR will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit after deducting any amounts wagered.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals in PKR

CS9999 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are processed in PKR with no currency conversion applied. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards and approved mobile wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the CS9999 Deposit section at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. CS9999 will display any applicable limits clearly before you confirm a transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your CS9999 wallet after confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• CS9999 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or for amounts above a specified threshold.
• CS9999 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You must not use CS9999 as a payment processing service. Depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful gameplay in between may be treated as suspicious activity and the account may be reviewed.

CS9999 takes reasonable steps to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and may be subject to additional checks for security or verification purposes.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

CS9999 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be displayed alongside each offer. The general bonus principles set out in this section apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money PKR balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet through qualifying games before a withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per person, per household and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The CS9999 Sports section covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — as well as Football and Esports. Both pre-match and live in-play betting markets are available. The following rules apply to all Sports bets placed on CS9999.

• All bets are final once confirmed. CS9999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a void event applies under these rules.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has been completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The specific void policy for each sport is displayed in the Sports section.
• CS9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical error or pricing mistake. Players will be notified of any such void and their stake returned in full.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a match or market, CS9999 will refer to the official governing body's published result as the final determinant.
• Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time — for example, during a wicket, boundary or injury event in Cricket — and bets placed during a suspension may be voided.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event apply. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

CS9999 takes integrity seriously. Any evidence of match fixing, insider information or coordinated irregular betting patterns will result in the relevant accounts being suspended and bets being voided pending review.

7. Live Casino and Game Rules

The CS9999 Live Casino features real dealers streaming in real time, covering Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and other table game variants. Bingo, Fish Games and Slots are also available through the Game Lobby. The following rules apply across all game categories.

• All game outcomes in Live Casino are determined by the live dealer's actions and physical game elements. CS9999 has no influence over Live Casino results beyond providing the streaming connection.
• RNG-based games — including Slots, table games and Fish Games — use a certified random number generator. Game results are independent for each round and are not influenced by previous outcomes or account history.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface before a bet is placed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, CS9999 will apply the outcome of that round as recorded on the server. If a round cannot be completed due to a server-side technical failure, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Bingo rooms on CS9999 operate with fixed PKR ticket prices displayed before entry. Players must purchase tickets before the game draw begins; late entries are not permitted.
• Fish Games operate as skill-influenced multiplayer games. Each shooting action costs a fixed PKR amount displayed in-game. Prizes are credited to the wallet immediately upon award.

8. Prohibited Conduct

CS9999 maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one CS9999 account or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with CS9999 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or game glitches to generate winnings that would not arise under normal play conditions.
• Collusion with other players in Bingo rooms, Live Casino tables or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using proceeds from illegal activities to fund a CS9999 account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with any part of the CS9999 platform, its games or its security systems.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing CS9999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing a third party to operate your CS9999 account on your behalf.

CS9999 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibitions and to take the action it considers appropriate in response.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

CS9999 may suspend or close an account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent activity or if the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets or process withdrawals until the investigation is resolved. CS9999 will aim to complete any investigation within a reasonable period and will communicate the outcome to you.

• If an account is closed as a result of a Terms breach, any real-money PKR balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• If you wish to close your own CS9999 account voluntarily — for example, as a self-exclusion measure — contact CS9999 support. Any verified real-money PKR balance will be returned via your registered payment method after standard checks are completed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an administrative fee as notified in advance, or may be closed following appropriate notice.

• CS9999 may share limited data with payment processors and identity verification services as required to operate the platform.
• By registering, you consent to CS9999 contacting you about account matters, security alerts and, if you have opted in, promotional offers.

12. Changes to These Terms

CS9999 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
